Am I low in Vitamin A?!

If you suddenly start noticing eye and skin issues that you haven't had before, you might be low in Vitamin A.

Dry eyes, itchy eyes, inflamed eyes, blurred vision, night blindness, dry skin, itchy skin, bumpy skin can all be indications you need to increase your Vitamin A foods for awhile.

  • liver
  • sweet potatos
  • carrots
  • mangoes
  • spinach
  • cantaloupe
  • dried apricots
  • milk
  • egg yolks
  • mozzarella cheese
