Keeping it simple, dairy, cheese, anything fermented which means vinegars, malts, and alcohol as well as soy, are all mucus forming. Wheat, and corn are irritants for many if not most people. Pastas, sugars, flours, meat, also appearing in the foods to not eat list.
If you stick with the rawish, you are definitely going to start moving mucus. That means that you may feel MORE congested for awhile. Why? Because you have to move the mucus out! We're back to where we started. Gotta get it out. So, cleanse, exercise, sweat in the sauna.
Olive oil, quinoa, seaweeds, all your fresh-hey ok bananas are on the acid side, you know what? I figure fresh is best, and I leave it at that as to their acid alkaline lists. Man-we could make ourselves crazy. Oh wait. We DID!
Top of the list are all the things we have been eating- and raving about on our raw-ish quest...
Parsley, kiwi, mango, dates, figs, cantaloupe, cayenne, papaya, asparagus, raisins, pineapple, apples, garlic, avocados, celery, lettuce, raspberries, almonds, jerusalem artichokes, fresh coconut, miso, leafy herbs, leeks, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, sesame seeds, lemons, cabbage, oranges, peas. We've had ALL these in our recipes.
Slightly acid are: blueberries, pistacheos, brazil nuts, kidney beans, pecans, plums and prunes, sunflower seeds, cashews, cranberries. SLIGHTLY acid.
Dr YOUNG ph miracle program if you want a reference.
FREEDOM YOU Personally, my suggestion is to stick with what your body is telling you because so far...YOU ARE RIGHT ON!

Is Green Powder the same as Fresh Green?
The 'new' thing is powdered green drinks. They tout 4-6 servings of fresh greens per serving...
But they aren't fresh, are they? They are processed and powdered...pardon me but fresh is like...live...
I still think fresh raw green juice is the best thing-but what's happening is we are worried about chemicals, and toxins and whether it's clean enough when we juice it.
So we would rather do processed, powdered and no longer real or fresh...because it's more convenient and safer?
Isn't that just the marketing pile of sh*# that we are trying to avoid by doing the powder to begin with? Hmmmm
Just thinking about it. I bought some actually, and it has stevia in it so you don't 'have to' add apple juice to make it palatable. I hate stevia. I didn't read the fine print.
It still doesn't taste like fresh-not even close to the real thing. But it's convenient. If I were traveling, or on a plane, or out in the wild and unable to eat something fresh, it would do. But a steady diet of it? I'm thinking we are doing ourselves dis-service again.
Why do we have such an aversion to trusting real fresh food?
What is more convenient than cracking a fresh organic egg into your juice shake in the am? Huh? But instead we buy protein powder that tastes like YUK. Oh you can get used to it. That's not the point.
The POINT is that nature made it the best possible way, in the most convenient, beautiful container, and we can't begin to improve on it! Take the apple. Isn't it perfect? Come on. And Strawberries? The color, the shear beauty! THE SMELL! NOTHING is better than fresh, and clean and raw.
Isn't that what we want in the world too? no bad guys? All things in balanced cooperation? So, how about having some balance and cooperation on our plates? It's a small start, that may make a big difference. Your body is the world, your world. Are you at peace?

List of what to Grow in Your Herb Garden
Growing an herb garden is easy even if you have a small space because they do great in pots.Investing in fresh herb plants in the spring is also a small price compared to buying fresh in your grocery store, although it is NICE to have it available.
Outside in partial sun areas so they don't burn, or inside in a sunny window, north/south is often best, and you can have fresh herbs to cook with on a daily basis. I have a small pot of basil in a sunny kitchen window and I snip a few leaves every day.
Apartment dwellers with balconies or sunny windows can also have fresh herbs!
Here's what I plant every year-and some are perennial depending on your areas but not here in the mountains. Now that I am in the high mountains though, NONE of them are perennial. 1000 feet higher makes a huge growing difference.
BASIL-annual and very very sensitive to temperature changes. I lost 2 last year with sudden frosts. BUT cutting fresh basil is absolutely the best thing ever, and you can keep it in the kitchen in water.
GARLIC CHIVES-easy easy and plentiful. Snip a few here and there to add to things like eggs, and the purple and pink flower clusters are beautiful!
PARSLEY-easy to grow and beautiful. Will seed and regrow year after year in your garden. Lovely everywhere. Parsley isn't just decorative you know! Add it to your green juice for extra cleansing action.
SAGE - include several varieties. I like the purple sage. These are perennial and you will have an endless supply from these hardy plants.
MINT - lots of varieties available, and again you can plant several. Perennial and easy to grow. I like mint and if you like mojitos you will need PLENTY! Mint is hardy, and will take over if you plant it in the yard, but it's a great edible ground cover.
OREGANO - I like Italian - what can I say. There are usually several to plant. These are perennial and take a bit to establish but then are quite hardy.
CILANTRO - not so easy to find yet, but it should be available where you are
CURRY - yes it's a plant. It smells wonderful.
LAVENDER - oh so wonderful to pick and dry as well as use fresh, and the wonderful smell in your garden-wow.
I like to keep my herbs in pots so I can move them inside in the winter. Most will winter over inside without a problem, and I also keep them in pots on the deck so that I know the dog can't pee on them. Ew. But I have had them in the yard before and they do well for the most part.
Herbs love to be trimmed and remember, when you are cooking fresh it takes less to give your dish a kick!
These are my usual favorites and if you have some others, post them. Even Home Depot sells them now, so haapy herbing! Remember, herbs are for more than taste. They are mother earth's medicine cabinet.

GARLIC for life!
Being Greek, we love garlic. I don't find the smell offensive, I love the taste. But garlic has so many life enhancing, and health enhancing benefits you can't even imagine. I think that if you do nothing else but add garlic daily to your diet you will feel a difference.
But! I just did a radical self healing intervention, with great success and I want to share it.
Some history:
I've always seemed to have a bit of athelete's foot. I watch it, and control it, but it doesn't seem to go. Years and years if you know what I mean. But, since going to the east coast every month, and it being much more humid there than the high desert I am in normally, my feet are where I have noticed it the most!
It's too hot to wear socks or nylons, and we are mandated to wear close toed shoes in the medical office. My feet have gotten so unhappy over this situation that I can't even tell you because it's gross.
In June I spent a month back in Utah, and I systematically tried it all. Aztec clay, bentonite clay masks, MMS multiple times a day, MMS and DMSO. MMS/DMSO and aztec clay. I did oregano oil, I did baking soda, I did epsom salts. I did Vitamin C, vitamin E, I added Alpha lipoic acid. I did sweats with niacin. I did ionic footbaths. I juiced green juice every day. By the end of a month of lots of work, they were clear and lovely.
Then I went back to the east coast and in just 3 weeks, they looked the same! So treating them from the outside, didn't help. I realized too that now my nose, eyes and throat and even inside my ears were feeling itchy. Did I have seasonal allergies? I never usually do, but that means that my immune system is low and the fungus is becoming systemic.
I decided to treat it from the inside. The fungus was a result of an imbalance in my intestinal system. Ok then I would treat my intestines and assist my liver in processing out the toxic buildup. And I only had a week to do it.
This time I did garlic. I was craving it when I got off the plane. I had a dream about garlic. I went to Costco and bought a HUGE container of peeled whole garlic cloves. Then I baked them at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 45 mins. bathed liberally in olive oil, balsamic, and various spices including lots of oregano, basil, thyme, sage, some cayenne, salt and pepper. Yum!
And then: I ate the whole pan over the course of 4 days. It was amazing. It not only tasted wonderful but my body craved it! I couldn't stop eating it. I'm talking about eating like 30 garlic cloves at a time! I wrapped them in leaves of bib lettuce, I ate them plain. I added them to crackers. I ate them and ate them.
Now the downside is you create some amazing gas! This is from the die off of the bad bacteria in the intestinal tract from the allicin. It's a good thing. But wow!
Taking 1/4 - 1/2 tsp of baking soda in a glass of water a couple of hours after a meal will alkalize the intestinal tract that has been overly acid, without neutralizing your stomach acids which need to stay acid. And eating apples will help with smelling like garlic although it is really not bad at all.
Remember: if you are belching: your stomach is too acidy.
If you fart: your intestinal tract is too acidy. And both are helped with a pinch of baking soda in your water. (plop plop fizz fizz) remember?
I had gas, but no diarrhea at all. Interestingly enough-garlic is a CURE for diarrhea.
I also added 2,000 C a few times a day (with no intestinal upset by the way), and at night took 300 alpha lipoic acid to help my body with the release of the toxic die off. I also did a few sweats with niacin. I have done the ionic footbaths, and I don't have a juicer this time around so no juice.
The cooked garlic tastes amazing if I do say so myself! By the 2nd day the gas was down by half. By the 4th day the craving was down and there was no gas. AND the upside is my feet look beautiful! BETTER than before, without my doing anything to them. Yep, no fungal treatments, no medications. Just GARLIC and a lot of it.
You will read in other places that it has to be fresh, it has to be crushed, for the allicin and diallyl sulfides to be active...blah blah blah. I bet those are written by people that haven't actually ever taken it! EAT the real thing. The body knows what to do with the real substance. So don't confuse it. And start slowly and pay attention to your body. I happen to know mine, and I know that garlic agrees with me.
I'm also not afraid of a little gas and a little smell for a short time. I realize it means that there is a biochemical action happening inside my body! I think of it as an exorcism of a foreign invader-the fungus.
GARLIC is a natural antibiotic! It's antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial. It is good for the blood, and the immune system.
All I can tell you-it's great for my FEET! Today, day 4, my feet are beautiful, I've stopped sneezing, my eyes are no longer itchy, I can breathe easier, and while my nose is still a bit itchy, I have about 20 cloves left in the kitchen for tonight!

Liver Detox and Emotions
We have such fear of our emotional body but it's just a feeling. Really. It's doesn't mean anything UNLESS we let our mind assign meaning and that's what the intellect does. It wants to explain everything. Sometimes a feeling is just a feeling.
I have been drinking really dark green juice every day for a week now. Two big glasses a day. Yesterday I stood in the shower and felt deep sadness, grief really. I just let it wash over me and down the drain. I almost wanted to cry. I found it interesting, and just noticed it welling up and washing down. I didn't engage, nor did I block it.
Then I found that when I went to pick my clothes for the day, the only things that attracted me were all black. Yes, I felt like I was in mourning! I noticed it, and then made myself choose a color instead, in this case soft peach. I felt fake in the peach on the outside when the inside felt so black, but I just noticed it and went on.
I couldn't smile without conscious effort. It did abate during the day, but it was a pervasive sort of sadness by the afternoon instead of grief. By the evening the feeling was gone and I could mention it in a past tense. "Wow, this morning I felt so sad when I got up, but now it's gone."
That was all.
I resisted the trap of "I wonder why?" which would have engaged the mind's energy fruitlessly in a search for meaning.
Remember when you are detoxing and juicing, particularly greens, you are going to release OLD stuff, OLD feelings, just as the intestines will release left over food toxins. It's important not to assign meaning, or try and explain it. It's just stuff. If you were sloughing off intestinal stuff you wouldn't analyze it for when you ate it. (or would you??? Let it go! ) It is just old stuff that got stuck inside and you are clearing it out! Good bye gunk.
Past is past, and now is now. The mind mixes that up if we let it. Don't let your mind over analyze your feelings when you are detoxing.

Cleansing inside and out
Baking soda is a natural cleaner. It acts as a neutralizer-it neutralizes acid. Acids are the medium in which bacteria thrive. So, if you brush your teeth with baking soda, it neutralizes bad breath.
It's inexpensive, and it is natural. It's good for us. SO, why aren't we using it more? You can use baking soda to clean with instead of expensive and toxic cleansers.
So that brings me to cellulite: which is an indicator of over acidity in the body. The body uses body fat to store toxins that it can't get rid of, and keep the blood ph levels remain constant. When acid is present in the blood, the body needs to neutralize it with an alkaline substance. If it can't be neutralized, the body stores the acid in ... you got it ... our fat cells.
So we've talked about the secondary gain of our fat, right? The body thinks it needs it ... the fat that is ... to store the acid. Acid, if it were an emotion, could be equated to anger, resentment, pain, grief. Makes sense so far, right? IF we clear the toxic emotions, that stress our system, we should lose fat.
That's in a perfect world.
Cellulite is excessive water in the upper layer of the skin. What causes this sort of water retention? Eating cooked proteins, salts and spices, foods that cause high blood sugars, constipation, imbalanced hormones and excessive grains!
Stimulate the kidneys with parsley and stimulate the liver with ginger. Use more herbs.
Balance the hormones.
Eat more raw!
Take hot baths with baking soda and epsom salts, and we begin to come into balance and become more alkaline.

Juicing in SLC too
I dusted off my juicer-dusty AND on the counter but unused-just yesterday! I shopped for the right produce and I can't wait. It's like coming home to an old friend. I start in the morning. I made a huge pot of vegetable soup to add to the detox, and I'm ordering in Bromalite to do an intestinal cleanse.
Must be the season! It feels perfect. So if I review my favorite green juice:
4 stalks of celery
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon with pith
2-4 large leaves of kale
4 large romaine leaves
a handful of cilantro
a handful of parsley
1 apple
a one inch slice of ginger
ready set go! Juicers UP!

re-visiting raw
I had lunch with a friend of mine I hadnt seen in a while. She asked if I was still raw and I said 'no not really but...' I didnt know exactly how to respond. I feel like I gained so much from eating raw food. There was that very intense 6 months I did it very strictly when I was detoxing, cleansing, and having a lot of healing work, and then the year or so since (has it been 2? i dont even know?), where Ive been a lot more loose with it (and by loose I even mean at some meals going back to old big meals like lots of pizza heehee all still minus the meat though which for some reason or another stuck).
But even when going back to older foods there is a major major difference and thats that the affinity or energy around those things totally changed. I can eat pizza on occasion or have dessert a few meals a week but its really different than before I dont have that gorging must have need this or else continuous craving.
Looking back it really taught me about moderation and respect for food and my body and myself and has instilled a deep consciousness that doesnt disappear for longer than a few days at a time now, again much like finding center I can divert either way and play with the line but I know how to get back to it and re-energize it and support it.

Sista Support
I can't do this alone-I get it! I've got to find my way back to raw but I need my buddies. I can't start until Sunday when we get back, but can we set it up for then? Really? Make a commitment again, all of us together?
Jac, congratulations on supporting your candida process. Good for you. Oh wait. That doesn't sound sincere even to me. GOOD FO YOU! Yahoo! That feels better. I do mean it. GOOD for you. GOOD GOOD GOOD>ok now I'm feeling just a tad envious.
I've got to say that I've not been as good! I've noticed food demons that I thought I had LONG AGO slain. I haven't felt the urge for a donut or cinnamon roll for years. Probably not since we all went to Sedona and had Krispy Kreme key lime pie donuts-remember?
Well I think I might have knocked down a little kid for one this past week! DONUT thief tu jour! But I didn't. I let that little tyke HAVE their stupid donut.
Instead, Jon obligingly came home from work with a tray FULL of cinnamon rolls. Now, they've sat innocently neutral in my kitchen lots of times-and I have NEVER felt much urge. Chips, yes, that sort of sugar, nah. I will reach for a cookie, but not something like that.
Well can we just say that I succumbed to the wily ways of the sugar demon and leave it at that? I need a redo on the candida process from you-we musta missed something and stirred something up=it's fierce now!
What IS this thing living in my gut? Get it OUT! EW candida on the rampage...

Aqua Chi Footbath

Can I just mention again-if you have a footbath unit, use it! (Kathy!) and if you don't have one, consider it. I absolutely love it, and you get a student discount!
Neno and Jon and I continue to use it, and especially with the detoxing right now, I notice the difference. This is something that they both love to use, and Neno actually asked if he could take one back to College with him. I'm considering it because he gets way overloaded. In spas these treatments are going for $50-70.00! It boosts our own system so that it has the energy to right itself. That's why I love it.
I was just talking to the developer, and you know, there was an experiment someone posted a few years ago...some of you might have seen it because I printed it out way back.
They took two sets of identical vegetables, and one set was placed in the footbath water in a cold water soak for 20 minutes. The other was not. Then they placed them on paper plates side by side, and left them, and took pictures every few days. The vegetables that had been ionized lasted, unrefrigerated, for 20 days, and the other set was rotten well before that.
We should do this since we're eating so much more fresh and raw! I don't know why I didn't think of it before! I'm going to recreate that experiment for myself.
He was telling me about all the science and research that they had done, and about how to use it with animals. Lots of information. He did say that some units out there that are reversing the pulse are actually dangerous and can strip the cells of vitality. Unfortunately he didn't name any names.
Yeah-these are vegetables! :)

Raw Juice Fast
Fasting has been recommended as a healing process. It allows the body to rest. Traditionally, it's been water fasts, which can be debilitating for many and not recommended for more than 3 days at a time. Many do it one day a week, or from time to time, and love it, but often feel weak.
Stanley Burrows lemon/raw maple syrup/water cleanse can also be debilitating for some. It tends to be 10 days. Do not do this if you have any blood sugar issues. While I like it, I also feel deprived when I am on it. But many love it! I like it for 3 days.
But! Raw juice fasting is so easy by comparison! My system feels satisfied, it thrives, and it feels fed and you feel like you have MORE energy.
When you are fasting, your body will "autodigest", which means it will begin to release and 'digest', which is a way to release toxins and mobilize them. That means that you want to exercise so your body can move it out of the lymphatic system and our bloodstream. Exercising and footbaths and sweats all help to support the liver, skin, kidneys and lungs.
Juice fasting doesn't ONLY let your body rest from the effort of digestion, but it also FEEDS your body. Raw juice allows your system to almost immediately take the nutrition in. That means that you are giving your body what it needs in order TO rebalance and detoxify.
We have a minimum fuel requirement of 400 calories a day, and juice fasting will supply that so that the body doesn't begin to break down protein/muscle.
Drinking small amounts of raw juice gives you fewer calories, and may intensify the cleansing symptoms-so drink juice. And remember-we're raw-ISH. If you want to eat something, do. This isn't about deprivation.
You might find your nose running-that's part of the detox. Mine did the first 2 days, and then stopped. I felt the most detoxing yuks on the 3rd day. I did a footbath, pushed myself to go to the club, and drank more juice. It did help. I did also have some cooked spinach with garlic, olive oil and lemon-yum, and a few slices of red bell pepper in the evening.
Woke up feeling good! DID notice though that yesterday the 'fungal fiends' were up and talking, so I had to really work them through. My ears were itchy, my stomach felt bloated, and it's all part of the die off.
Happy juicing to you all!

Woke up feeling good! DID notice though that yesterday the 'fungal fiends' were up and talking, so I had to really work them through. My ears were itchy, my stomach felt bloated, and it's all part of the die off.
Happy juicing to you all!

Beautiful Fire
There's nothing quite like fire for a shaman, is there? Cleansing, releasing, changing, healing. Last night's fire was no exception at all. It was spectacular! I couldn't wait to get into that fire that was sweet and gentle and such bliss! NONE of us could keep our hands out of it, could we? Gentleness itself. Not a word one would usually associate with FIRE. But there you have it.
Shamans come into balance with the elements, and girls, you are in balance with FIRE. Last night was amazing. Cold-but not. Hot-but not. Wasn't that fun??? CA-can't wait to see your pics.
Thanks one and all for the stupendous time outside and beyond time itself! Sleep well, be well, and what is next is for each of you to contemplate isn't it! What a good job of release and move on you all did, or the fire would have behaved quite differently. Well, you experienced that moment too, didn't you? Quite the contrast.
What is fire? It is passion, desire, it is change! Beliefs that map with a gentle fire-we invite, welcome, the changes that are coming.

A GOAL AND A MARKER

I was just reading how we are all feeling a bit like we are off and want back on the raw wagon...
Shall we set a date for our raw-ish-renewal-revival and do it officially together again? For fun and cleansing?
Dec 15 maybe? A bit before the next blast of holiday party-time.
Jac and I get back the 4th. I could go for it anytime after that...of course without making it a goal or an aspiration... ;)

Sick as a dog
Shaman friends, I am sick with a virus, food poisoning, or cleansing. I am too sick to track and really want to know what the cause it. Not sure why, just seems important. I hope it's not goint to be as long of night as I think. Too bad the bathroom is so far away..........

Strange Frog Dream
I had a strange dream the other night that I havent been able to get off of my mind. It happened after I had woken up in the middle of the night then I fell asleep I guess had the dream - somehow wrote down a few words in some altered state about the dream I guess I knew I had to- then forgot about it until i opened my notebook yesterday evening. Here goes: I was sitting on the beach next to or in a giant beach nest with eggs - looked like turtle eggs - but in the burrow of the nest the hole entry across from me ( i was sort of in it) there was this giant frog in this sort of entrance to burrow laying eggs - the frog and I made eye contact it was swollen and breathing heavily and I thought oh no dont get to close its laying eggs time to get out of here.
When I woke up I guess in delirious state to write it down I just remember thinking this is really meaningful. I dont know if it is or if I was just sleepy who knows but its stayed on my mind...
Its bizarre what dreams feel really symbolic- this one just felt very significant to me...
Any ideas?
I found this:
Found this too:
In general, insects and amphibians are associated with transitions, alterations and transformations.
Hmm lets hope so these insect raids are getting to be a bit much...i mean im transforming im ready!

- Singer of songs that celebrate the most ancient watery beginnings
- Transformation

- Understanding emotions

Juice Fast
There is nothing faster at getting you back to center than doing day of nothing but raw juice. They call it a juice fast, but it is so satisfying and filling and so nutritional that you can hardly consider it a fast in the "deprived" sense of the word.
WOW~
I highly recommend it!
Several people I know do one day a week, and I think it's a great idea!
Since we all have juicers now, maybe that's our next experiment?
I've done a day and a half of juice only and I can so say it's amazing amazing amazing. Trick is to make it a day when you have access to the juicer all day so you can make it. I had to run out, hence the headache coming on when I was on empty.
Detoxing so fast though that I got a headache today in the afternoon, but more juice took care of it, and I got a runny nose too from the detoxing.
All good signs. You would think I'd already be pretty clear after 6 mns. but it feels great. All those tastes of this and that had thrown me off. Not terrible you know, just off a bit.

SPROUT SOUP
Ok, I modified the soup a bit, and it's not bad. Here's what I did (before I forget)
I put 8 small tomatoes, cut into quarters into a pot of water.
1 container of pea sprouts
1 container of broccoli sprouts.
I simmered these on a very low flame for about 15 min while I juiced - not to boiling.
Then I used a slotted spoon and took the sprouts and tomatoes out and put them in the food processor
leaving the excess fluid.
I added:
2 tbs fresh garlic
a drizzle of olive oil
and 2 small cut up avocados.
I whipped this all up and it's really not bad! I will definitely make this again and add cayenne.
I juiced the apples, and didn't add them. Next time!
Gotta figure out how to get this apple pectin in-btw you can make it. It's called strained apple sauce pretty much. And we could add it to dehydrated treats to get it in. The powder really thickens stuff. Well that's what it is! It is what makes jelly gel.

WATER WATER EVERYWHERE
So, here's another confusing marketing mess to unravel. And we've eased right into it. I HAVE NO IDEA what kind of water to drink! Isn't that like totally insane??? Water. The purest of elements, and necessary for life. Cleansing, healing, clearing water.
Rebecca, you have distilled.
I have an antequated Culligan's reverse osmosis that is putting MORE shit into the water than my regular tap water has! Ew.
I manifested a complete halt to the new one-that was good work Joy. They never showed up, and haven't returned my calls. They've been in business since 1956-as long as I have-and they've disappeared. WHAM. So, obviously, there is an even better solution for me than that one.
I have been bringing my drinking water in and I'm sticking to that for the moment.
Who else? What do you all do out there? And why?
What are your beliefs. I'm starting a list for the side. Add to it here, and I will make the list up.
I believe:
we need water to live
I believe I need to drink more water because of the altitude-and when I don't I get a headache
We are 70% water (or more)
Every cell operates off of water, with water
Water holds the energetic template of ANYTHING we program it with
Water can be cleared with our thoughts
They tell me:
8 glasses a day
as many ounces as you weigh
water cleanses us
water helps us digest our food
reverse osmosis is best
distilled is best
tap water is purified
glacier water is best because it has minerals
minerals are terrible for you
well water is good
well water is contaminated
cold water chills the internal organs and is bad
hot water is better for you
room temperature water is better for you
don't drink with meals
drink water before meals
anyone else?

NYC trouble in rawville
Joy im on the same page as you...ive been craving fish the past few days and eating some...however it is making me feel terrible....HORRIBLE!!!! Ive been clogged up and things are not flowing. I changed a lot of stones in my organ mesa so things are all over the place....what i realized is that i am eating a lot and bad things (all vegan minus the fish-but cooked) in efforts to push things through...i checked and got if you keep eating itll eventually push it all out...strange belief eating more will make me feel better? no. infact my stomach and intestines are aching and hurting and i keep putting more food in...what i need to do is fast or take it slow for a few days...
when i fasted i felt fantastic. my intestines body felt so relaxed...i released toxins and i was going to the bathroom regularly for the first time in a while. i need to give my body a break and i know this however somthing in me is going KEEP FILLING YOURSELF TO EMPTY....does NOT make sense. also Ive been eating a lot of sugary things (again all vegan/fruits/or raw) and the yeast is back, the mucuous in back im stuffy.
so i ask whats going on? im not listening and im tying to head medicate, when my body really knows how to heal right now...more food isnt the answer --- less food is!!!! im going to try and fast thursday into friday and give my body a rest...no solid foods just juice and teas...
the only thing thats saving me is body taking me down to get a juice every day...thank god for greens!!!! i get greens lemon ginger and ive been adding fennel---i got that i needed fennel and its been a blessing with this stomach aching...also i got that i need vitamin e and blue green algae so i bought some....my skin has turned back to old pattern of snakey dry gross...i could kick myself for not listening...i do know better. the good news is i kow how to get back!!!!!
cant wait to fast...
hope you guys are all well
its snowing like crazy here!!!! (the cold weather could also be triggering some of this---keep filling stay warm fill yourself so you dont die like the pioneers!!! -- crazy the shit that comes up!)
be there soon if i can dig out of the snow here!
