Shaman friends, I am sick with a virus, food poisoning, or cleansing. I am too sick to track and really want to know what the cause it. Not sure why, just seems important. I hope it's not goint to be as long of night as I think. Too bad the bathroom is so far away..........

Oh it's you! What time did this hit? I started to get intense stomach pains this evening while still down at work and as I drove home I was getting stomach cramps, and pains in my back. I wondered who it was! Sending light and love!
I tracked using the methods/tools I learned at the Energy Awareness Center.
I see a white rose, a bud but not tightly closed. There are 2 gold rings on the rose. I opened each. The first ring has a trama from your childhood, there are other children there with you and you are all playing and having fun until someone gets in trouble, not you, another child and you are hurt by their being punished. This ring was about mid stem. The second ring is near the base of the rose stem and has to do with infancy, not being held. The roots of this rose are shallow.
The rose, just opening represents a new life cycle you are entering. It is new and the roots are not well established yet, they have the potential for growing deep into the earth. White in this rose is a frozen quality. There is something keeping you from taking the next step, frozen/stuck.

Thank you both. Both comments are helpful.Yes, it was a backache and intense stomach cramps. I was having back pain and stiffness yesterday afernoon and had no idea what it was. I ate a bowl of chili (I won't be able to eat chili for a long time...) for dinner and I played my flute for about a half an hour and it hit me like a Mac truck. I was up until 1:00 and got some fitful sleep after worrying about pooping the bed all night. I still am sick today and if I could eat I think I would feel better, but the thought of food makes me want to vomit.
Bo how do I unfreeze the rose?
The rings are not this life time, but past life time. Track and clear. The rose has a frozen quality. When you clear the peice that should change.

I've still got a backache and yesterday my stomach was way sensitive. I figured YOU were still processing because Lord knows I don't have anything in my stomach to cause me a problem...kidding!
