HEMP protein powder to get your protein in

If you check at Whole Foods, they have a HEMP protein powder now that is pretty darn good by Nutiva, and loaded with protein. If you have trouble with whey protein, try it. I add it to my oatmeal. 2 Tbs equals 15 grams of protein-more than 2 eggs!

And for the record: hemp is not cannabis. Hemp has been cultivated for paper products since the Egyptian days, and the US Constitution was written on Hemp paper. The male cannabis plant has no THC, and it's used for paper. The female plants...those have a different use entirely!
