also ive been taking acai in the form of mona-vieand some shakes but just found this going to research it more - i heard freeze dried is better have you guys heard anything about acai or do you take?

very cool-anyone else notice that there isn't a store in utah and that it's one of the states not represented? Funny-10,000 villages isn't listed and they are in Sugarhouse. The one in Mass. is listed...
I have read about ACAI and use both the Dried berries and juice on occassion. High in antioxidants, iron and Vit A, I think. I really don't know if my memory serves me well but there have been articles in Alternative Medicine Magazine.
