Pulled weeds, dug out perennials, moved 20 yards topsoil, and completed 12 performance appraisals today - whew! Is life ever going to slow down? Superwoman I'm not, and superwoman I don't want to be.
I should be able to make the July 17th gathering at 5:11 a.m., although I have to say I was a little put off when I read 'Fire the Grid' and saw so many products to buy. My logical, suspicious mind thought, Here's a great way to make money. Reach out to people where they are the most vulnerable - their spirituality. Then again, I, of all people, can sure understand people needing money!

well they do offer 3 songs as free downloads-over 30 min of music. And the talks are free, and the touring. She isn't getting rich off this-but she may in the future.
It's a bit like the gatherings. When they said "you can't charge for this" and then bring out the oils, the tuning forks, the tshirts, the CDs...

I had that same feeling about the money thing until I listened to the videos and heard her talk about her story. It seems like this was her project because she wasn't already a paid lightworker. She was an athesist welfare mother not interested in anything Spiritual.
From all the things you did, I would say you are superwoman...lol. I think the energy that is pumping in right now is such that one can hardly sit still, so you have to do something with it, so it get funneled in many different ways.
In regards to the money I think this is where your discernment comes in, I didn't get the feeling that she is out to make huge copus amounts of money. Now The Secret to me is one of the most financially contrived programs going, that is preying on peoples spirituality. True it did start a wave of people looking at their life differently, which is wonderful, but I sensed something under the table about that.
Shelley I don't get that at all. I don't see anything that she is doing is any different that starting our foundation and having fund raisers.
So what exactly is WRONG about making money?
