I remember those days when I had gallons of real Jersey cream to do with as I might. It's very yellow and the top cream hardly drops off a spoon. There's nothing like it...
I remember when you told me about the iodine so I've been supplementing since then since I'm not crazy about very much salt. I muscle test everyday. Most days are a yes. I rub it on my skin... The bread thing is interesting. I did not know they used to put iodine in bread!
The physiological workings of our bodies are so complex it's amazing that more things don't go haywire.
Good idea to work with my mesa. I need to remember to do that much more than I do.
